Most retail content fails.
It was never built to sell.

Every job ships with its numbers. No claims without numbers behind them. Here’s what the work looks like in production.

Not an agency. Not a videographer with a day rate. One person carries the full chain — strategy, scripts, direction, filming, edit, ads, reporting — so nothing gets lost between the plan and the finished cut.
The studio is built on a simple position: most retail content fails because it was never built to sell anything. Reframed builds video the way a business asset gets built — with a plan in front of it and a number behind it.
The studio runs on batches. Strategy first — a plan for what sells. Then the shoot, then the edit. Three to five videos land at once, not one a week. Batches mean better quality, lower cost per video, and numbers that mean something.
Every package starts the same way: a 30-minute call. No pitch deck. Just questions about what you sell, who buys it, and what the last three months looked like. From there, we build the plan.
The Offerings:
DAY 3 — One shoot day. Three finished videos. The entry point.
PARTNER 5 — Five videos on retainer, planned and reported. The standard.
GROWTH 8 — Partner plan plus ad management. Video and the media behind it.
FILM — The commissioned brand film. Longer form, higher production.
No lock-in contracts. New retainers start as a 90-day pilot. At day 90 you see the numbers and decide.
One shoot day. Three finished videos. The entry point to see if batching works for your business. We come in, shoot the product in action — hands, detail, context — then deliver three cuts within two weeks. No strategy session, no retainer. Ideal for testing or small businesses just starting. You get the process, not the full pipeline.
Five videos on retainer, planned and reported. This is the working relationship. We start with the strategy call, build a three-month content calendar, shoot in one batch every 30 days, and deliver five finished videos per month. You get reporting on every video — views, engagement, saves — so you see what’s working. The calendar rotates: product, tutorial, behind-the-scenes, result, founder. We handle everything from script to final export. This is where the numbers start to matter.
The Partner plan with ad management on top. Five videos on retainer, plus we run the paid promotion behind them. We build the calendar, shoot, edit, and then spend your media budget strategically — testing hooks, audiences, placements. You get both organic reporting and ad performance data. This is for businesses ready to scale. The studio carries the full chain: video, ads, reporting, optimization. One person, one plan, full accountability.
The commissioned brand film. Longer form, higher production — 60 to 120 seconds, fully scripted, shot on location or in-studio, color graded, sound designed. This is the piece that lives on your website, in proposals, in press. We handle concept, script, shot list, production, edit, and delivery. Typically a 4 to 6 week timeline. Built for businesses that need a single statement piece — product launch, founder story, or positioning anchor. Deliverables include the main cut plus social cuts (15s, 30s, 60s variations).
Video that holds scroll. These batches shipped to real audiences and stayed. Influencer collaborations, creator partnerships, brand work — batched and measured.
I’m Nate Cassiem. Eighteen years in marketing — the first stretch running search, paid, and content for other people’s brands; the second building my own. In 2017 I started a company from nothing, made every piece of its content myself, and grew it past R1M a month. I sold it in 2024.
Reframed is the same playbook, sold as a service — to businesses like the one I ran.
Outside the studio I captained rugby for years; now I coach it. Reading a game as it changes is what the reporting is for.
